Production of 45,000 Dwelling Units in Batikent Settlement

Co-founder Dogan KUBILAY was the Project Manager of one of the world’s biggest cooperative unions, Kent-Koop. Within the scope of this project, 45,000 units’ infrastructure services, complete design for housing units, heating centers, mosques, trade and sports centers, roads, sewer lines, potable water, electricity and telephone lines, consulting, payments, and initial and final turnovers have been made. By the end of the project, in 10 years, a new city with a population of 250,000 has emerged
